Area Sales Lead / Sales Engineer
QUALIFICATIONDiploma / BE (Mechanical, Instrumentation)
EXPERIENCE2–10 years in sales
Key requirements
- Knowledge of metrology and measuring instruments
- Experience selling vision-based inspection machines, CNC milling, CNC lathe or sliding-head machines
- Understanding of automation and special-purpose machines
- Strong communication in English, Hindi and the local language
- Own vehicle with a valid licence

Technical Support Engineer
QUALIFICATIONBE (Mechanical / Instrumentation)
EXPERIENCE2–5 years
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems — remotely or on site — and close the loop with the customer
- Run trials on the customer's behalf and verify the machine against the FAT document and the customer's requirement
- Install and commission machines after FAT; train operators and maintenance staff
- Deliver services, AMCs and spares; pass new enquiries to the sales team
- Prepare trial and service reports and maintain customer records
Skills
- Reads and interprets technical specifications of vision systems
- Clear oral and written technical communication; good presentation skills
- Knowledge of industry engineering standards
- Strong computer skills (MS Office and technical applications)
- Ready to travel extensively; own two-wheeler or car
