The Glass Disc Machine for Washer Inspection is an automated system that combines optical inspection with precision automation to hold quality in the manufacturing process. It detects and identifies defects on the surface of washers and circlips — dent mark, chip off, black spot, outer burr, foreign material, pit mark, line mark, burr on OD, plating defect and cut marks — using high-precision optical sensors and inspection algorithms.
Alongside surface checking, the machine performs dimensional inspection: inner diameter, outer diameter and thickness are measured for dimensional accuracy and consistency.
It is built for high-speed inspection, with a capacity of up to 300 parts per minute, so large volumes are inspected without slowing production. Manual and automatic feeding systems are both supported, and quantity-wise separate OK ejections sort acceptable parts from defective ones.
