Why choose it

Why manufacturers choose the Vertical Visigauge

Inspection rooms choose the Vertical Visigauge for flat and profile-based parts: one-click non-contact measurement that reduces manual inspection errors, keeps quality consistent and leaves a batch-wise and SPC record.

Common questions

Questions buyers ask about the Vertical Visigauge

What can the Vertical Visigauge inspect?

More than 25 dimensional parameters — ID, OD, thread parameters, hole count, centre distance, radius, chamfer angle and width, gear major and minor diameter — on stamping, pressed, rubber, plastic, brass and automotive components.

What repeatability does it provide?

Repeatability starting from 1 µm* on the 24 × 36 mm and 30 × 45 mm fields of view, measured on the outer diameter of a calibrated master part; the 35 × 53, 43 × 65 and 60 × 90 mm fields are rated at 1.5, 2 and 3 µm.

How does it improve productivity?

One click measures every programmed dimension in a fraction of a second, data saves automatically and batch-wise and SPC reports are generated — reducing manual inspection time and keeping quality consistent.

Which machine types are available?

One-Click and Auto-Focus types are available; data report and backup is .xls through USB.

Will it work on your part?

Send 50–100 sample parts to our Bhosari lab and a vision engineer runs them on this machine, free of charge: the checks and the speed confirmed on your own parts before anything is quoted. Or start by describing the part to VisiExpert.
