Information you give us
Depending on how you use the site, this can include: your name, phone number, e-mail address and company name (inquiry and contact forms, the pre-chat form, member registration); part photos, drawings and CAD files you upload for feasibility assessment; your conversation with our AI assistant, including any measurements you mark on your photos; service requests and their attachments; and, for job applications, your resume and the details it contains. If you sign in with Google, we receive the name and e-mail address on your Google account.
Information collected automatically
Standard technical data: IP address and request logs (used for security and rate-limiting), and anonymous usage analytics via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (pages visited, approximate location, device type, and interaction recordings that exclude typed personal data). These tools set cookies; we set a session cookie only when you sign in.
Purposes
We use your information to respond to your inquiry; to prepare machine recommendations and feasibility assessments (a Visimaster engineer personally reviews every recommendation before any quotation); to provide after-sales service; to process job applications; to send you the documents you request (such as brochures or feasibility summaries); and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we never sell it.
Who sees your data
Your inquiry details are seen by our sales and engineering team. We use a small number of service providers to run the site — hosting infrastructure, Google (Analytics, Sign-In), Microsoft (Clarity) and e-mail delivery — each receiving only what their function requires. We may disclose information where the law requires it. Business records, including inquiries and uploaded files, are retained for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law; you may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
