Robotics & Vision Based Assembly Machine
Vision-guided assembly of delicate child parts — rivet and fuel-lid assemblies — inspected and assembled in one cell.

Vision-guided robotic assembly machine for small child parts, rivet and fuel-lid assemblies
- Assembly speed
- Up to 100 PPM
- Reports
- Batch-wise + SPC
The Robotics & Vision Based Assembly Machine combines robotics and vision for precise, reliable assembly of small child parts, rivets and fuel lids. Vision identifies, aligns and verifies each part before the robot assembles it, so delicate and critical components are handled accurately and safely.

A single machine handles a variety of parts, and data saves automatically or manually with batch-wise and SPC reports for traceability. For O-rings there is a dedicated O Ring Assembly Machine, which feeds, expands and places O-rings automatically.
Key features
- Assembly Speed achieved up to 100 PPM.
- Single machine can handle variety of parts.
- Automatic and manual saving of data with Batch Wise Report and SPC Report.
- Delicate & critical parts for handling can be inspected & assembled.

O Ring Assembly Machine
Seal placement · dual piston
What changes in this configuration
- Vibratory bowl separates O Rings, feeds a dead nest track and places the seals on the subparts
- Pneumatically operated gripping — seal spreading and placement using a dual piston mechanism
- Both pistons housed together, independently operating
- Perfect for seal placement and installation

Why manufacturers choose the Robotic Assembly
Manufacturers choose the robotic assembly cell for delicate child parts that manual handling damages: vision verifies each part before the robot assembles it, and one machine covers several variants.
Questions buyers ask about the Robotic Assembly
What parts can the assembly machine handle?
Small child parts, rivet assemblies, fuel-lid assemblies and other delicate or critical components that need accurate positioning and controlled handling.
What assembly speed does it achieve?
Up to 100 parts per minute, depending on the part design and the assembly application.
Can one machine handle different part variants?
Yes — the platform is designed to handle a variety of parts, so it suits flexible assembly applications.
Does it support data saving and SPC reporting?
Yes — automatic and manual data saving with batch-wise and SPC reports for traceability and process monitoring.
How does vision help in assembly?
The vision system identifies, aligns, positions and verifies each part before the robot assembles it, improving assembly accuracy and consistency.
Will it work on your part?
Send 50–100 sample parts to our Bhosari lab and a vision engineer runs them on this machine, free of charge: the checks and the speed confirmed on your own parts before anything is quoted. Or start by describing the part to VisiExpert.
