Machine vision inspection systems for automated quality inspection.
As production moves toward Industry 4.0, quality assurance has to keep pace with speed, precision and intelligence. A machine vision inspection system gathers visual data through industrial cameras and lighting and analyses it in software, including AI — replacing subjective manual inspection with an objective check on every single part.
What a machine vision inspection system catches
Surface defects
Cracks, dents, damages, scratches, burrs, cut marks and thread damage on every face the cameras see — including the full 360° outer surface.
Dimensional deviations
Inner and outer diameter, height, angle, thread and across-flat dimensions measured against your tolerances, part after part.
Missing operations and wrong assembly
Absence/presence verification, operation-missing checks, orientation and correct part placement in multi-component assemblies.
Markings
OCR and OCV verify characters and codes so a mislabelled or unmarked part never reaches the box.
The aim is error-free inspection: every part checked against the same rules, and only parts judged OK proceed.
What a machine vision inspection system sees

What the Visimaster inspection system delivers
Precise beyond human limits
Micro-level defects that the eye cannot see at line speed are detected on every part, not on a sample.
Inspection at production speed
Parts are inspected at high PPM (parts per minute) with immediate OK / NOT-OK feedback and automatic ejection.
Data you can act on
Every result is logged per part; the Nano Glass Disc, the Visigauges, the Conveyorised line and the robotic cells add batch-wise and SPC reports, so trends show up before they become rejections.
Lower cost of quality
Less manual inspection labour, less scrap and rework, fewer warranty claims and customer returns.
Support after the sale
A dedicated support team, annual maintenance contracts, spares, training and remote diagnostics keep the line running.
Applications by industry
Automotive: fastener inspection, thread checks, O-ring defects, washer and circlip inspection. Manufacturing: assembly verification, dimensional deviation checks, surface-flaw inspection for burrs, cracks, dents and damage. Engineering and precision machining: dimensional accuracy and surface flaws such as cracks, cut marks, scratches and thread damage on turned components.
Feed, inspect, sort — on a Visimaster line
1 · Feed
A vibratory bowl or manual loading singles the parts onto the handling platform — glass disc, metal disc, conveyor or pick-and-place — with no fixturing.
2 · Inspect
Camera stations image each part from above, below and the side in one pass; the software measures and checks every feature you specified.
3 · Sort and report
An air jet or gripper ejects the NOT-OK piece; OK parts continue, quantity-wise ejections and batch reports document every lot.

Questions buyers ask about inspection systems
How does a machine vision inspection system decide OK or NOT-OK?
Each camera station captures the part under controlled lighting; the software measures the features you specify against your tolerances and runs defect detection on the visible surfaces. Any deviation triggers an automatic reject, and the result is logged.
Which parts suit machine vision inspection?
Fasteners, nuts, washers and circlips, O-rings and seals, turned and precision components, plastic and rubber parts, dowels, studs and shafts. The Visimaster range covers each family with a dedicated handling platform.
How do I check my own part?
Describe it to VisiExpert, our AI application engineer, or courier 50–100 samples including a few defective pieces to our Bhosari lab. A vision engineer runs them on a real machine and reports what can be caught — free of charge.
What data does the system keep?
Every part's result and its measured values, saved automatically or manually — the record auditors ask for. Batch-wise and SPC reports come with the Nano Glass Disc, the Visigauges, the Conveyorised line and the robotic cells.
Can it be added to an existing line?
Yes. The conveyorised, pick-and-place and robotic platforms take parts from and return them to an existing line; the disc machines run stand-alone with a bowl feeder.
Will it catch the defects on your part?
The only proof that counts is your own parts. Courier 50–100 of them, a few defective pieces included, to our Bhosari lab: a vision engineer runs them and reports what the system catches. VisiExpert can take the first questions.
