Machine vision systems for automated quality inspection.
A machine vision system automates quality control with speed, precision and repeatability. Visimaster combines high-resolution industrial cameras, precision optics, engineered lighting and in-house image-processing algorithms to perform non-contact measurement and defect detection on fasteners, automotive components, turned parts and precision-moulded plastic and rubber parts.
Every part inspected for dimensions, surface and colour
The system images each component as it passes the camera stations and decides, in real time, whether it conforms. Dimensional accuracy is measured against the tolerances you set; surface defects — cracks, dents, burrs, scratches, cut marks, thread damage — are detected on every face the cameras see; colour and texture are verified; and absence/presence checks and OCR-OCV confirm that every feature and marking is where it should be.
Because every result is logged, deviations show up immediately instead of at the customer. Batch-wise and SPC reports come with the Nano Glass Disc, the Visigauges, the Conveyorised line and the robotic cells, so the inspection record travels with the lot.
Cameras, optics, lighting and AI — engineered around your part
Imaging
Industrial cameras, optics and dedicated lighting for each station — top, side, bottom and 360° outer surface — so the feature being checked is imaged the same way on every part.
Decision software
Proprietary AI/DL defect detection developed in-house since 2017, trained and refined on real production data, alongside classical measurement algorithms for dimensions and thread checks.
Handling and ejection
A rotating glass disc, metal disc, conveyor or vision-guided robot presents the part to the cameras and an air jet or pick-and-place ejects the NOT-OK piece — 100% inspection at production speed, not sampling.

Twelve machine vision platforms
Each platform is a complete machine vision system with its own part handling. Open one for its full specification.
Glass Disc
Fasteners, O-rings, washers & turned parts inspected from every side on a rotating glass disc.
Metal Disc
Bolts, screws, ball pins and headed fasteners — dents, cracks, thread damage and 360° surface defects caught at multiple inspection stations.
Robotic Sorting
Vision-guided robotic cells that inspect all dimensions and all visual defects, then segregate the parts.
Vertical Visigauge
One-click gauging of 25+ dimensions in a fraction of a second — the vertical type, for pressed, stamped, rubber and precision machined parts.
Horizontal Visigauge
One-click gauging of 25+ dimensions in a fraction of a second — the horizontal type, for turned, automotive and precision machined parts.
Nano Glass Disc
Compact table-top glass disc for turned precision parts, fasteners and washers — detailed dimensional inspection in a bench footprint.
Double Disc
Parts flipped mid-cycle between two discs to capture 100% of the surface area — with AI/DL defect detection.
Bleeder Screw Inspection
Cross-hole presence, hole continuity and cone concentricity verified on every bleeder screw — 360° outer surface covered.
Thru Scan
Shafts, dowels and long bolts up to 300 mm — outer diameter, groove diameter, total length, step length and thread diameters measured without contact.
Conveyorised Inspection
Conveyor-fed inspection and sorting for dowel pins, studs and small shafts — auto feeding with SPC and batch reports.
Linear Pick & Place
Multi-station inspection of parts critical to handle — 360° visual defects, ID and outer-thread checks, with auto sorting.
Robotic Assembly
Vision-guided assembly of delicate child parts — rivet and fuel-lid assemblies — inspected and assembled in one cell.

Questions buyers ask about machine vision systems
What is a machine vision system?
An inspection system that captures images of each part with industrial cameras and lighting and analyses them in software to measure dimensions, find surface defects and verify presence, orientation or markings — without contact and without an operator judging by eye.
What does a Visimaster machine vision system inspect?
Dimensions such as inner and outer diameter, height, angle and thread; surface defects such as cracks, dents, burrs, scratches and cut marks; colour and texture; absence or presence of features; and OCR/OCV character verification. The exact checks for your part are confirmed on samples.
Is a machine vision system the same as a vision inspection machine?
The vision system is the cameras, optics, lighting and software. A vision inspection machine adds the part handling — a glass disc, metal disc, conveyor or robot — plus automatic ejection, so the system runs unattended at production speed. Visimaster builds both, in Bhosari, Pune.
Is pricing available online?
No. Every machine is configured to the part, so an application engineer prepares each quotation after a feasibility check on your samples.
Which machine vision system fits your part?
Describe the part to VisiExpert to shortlist the system, then courier sample parts to our Bhosari lab: a vision engineer confirms the platform and the checks on your own parts, free.
