Overview

Vision inspection machine for plastic and rubber components

The Vision Inspection Machine for Plastic & Rubber Parts is a vision-based system designed for inspecting plastic and rubber components, automating quality control and surface-defect detection.

It identifies surface defects such as scratches, texture faults, flash, cut marks, flow marks, damage, short mould, foreign material, colour variation and surface deformities, and performs dimensional inspection — inner diameter, outer diameter, angle and height — on every part.

Quantity-wise separate OK ejections and both manual and auto loading systems are among its key features, and the machine achieves inspection speeds of up to 300 parts per minute for high-volume lines.

Beyond surface and dimensional checks it offers operation-missing detection, absence/presence verification and OCR-OCV character recognition, keeping inspection of plastic and rubber parts accurate and consistent in volume production.

What the operator sees

Inspection results on screen

Screens from the machine's own software for this part family: the camera view, the measured dimensions overlaid, and the result table with master value, tolerance, measured value and the OK / NOT-OK count.

Why choose it

Why manufacturers choose this configuration

Chosen for moulded parts because flash, short mould, flow marks and colour are caught together with dimensions on every piece, in plastic or rubber.

Common questions

Questions buyers ask

Which plastic and rubber parts can it inspect?

Moulded plastic parts and rubber parts — for dimensional inspection, surface-defect inspection and verification of moulded components.

What dimensions does it check?

Inner diameter, outer diameter, angle and height.

What defects does it detect?

Colour variation, scratches, flash, cut marks, flow marks, damage, short mould, cracks, texture differences, surface deformities and foreign material.

Can it detect missing operations and verify presence?

Yes — operation-missing detection, absence/presence verification and OCR/OCV for character recognition are standard checks.

What speed and loading options does it provide?

Up to 300 parts per minute, with manual or automatic loading.
