Vision camera inspection machines for speed, precision and automated sorting.
A machine vision camera inspection system images each part from the angles that matter, processes the images and rejects the parts that fail — in real time, at production speed.
Visimaster camera inspection machines come with manual or automatic feeding and are configured to the part's geometry, size and industry: fasteners, precision-engineered components, moulded parts and more.

What the camera system delivers
- Consistent high-speed inspection — up to 300 parts per minute
- Multiple views, including 360° outer-surface coverage on rotating stations
- Integrated reject mechanism sorts non-conforming parts instantly
- Manual inspection reduced to exceptions; throughput protected
What changes for the manufacturer
- Defects caught before dispatch — surface flaws, dimensional deviations and missing operations flagged in real time
- Consistent quality — operator dependency removed
- 360° part coverage from a multi-camera set-up
- Lower rework, material waste and manpower on sorting
- Scalable to several part sizes and geometries with new programs
- Digital traceability — inspection logs for audits, with SPC reports on the Nano Glass Disc, Visigauges and Conveyorised line
Camera inspection machines in the range

Glass Disc
Fasteners, O-rings, washers & turned parts inspected from every side on a rotating glass disc.

Nano Glass Disc
Compact table-top glass disc for turned precision parts, fasteners and washers — detailed dimensional inspection in a bench footprint.

Linear Pick & Place
Multi-station inspection of parts critical to handle — 360° visual defects, ID and outer-thread checks, with auto sorting.

Metal Disc
Bolts, screws, ball pins and headed fasteners — dents, cracks, thread damage and 360° surface defects caught at multiple inspection stations.
From feasibility to after-sales
- Customised systems — built to your part type, throughput and defect criteria
- Made in India — when you buy a machine vision camera, India-based support matters: built for Indian shop floors and serviced from Pune, not from abroad
- Integration ready — works with feeders, conveyors or pick-and-place
- Full lifecycle — design, installation, training, after-sales service and AMC

Questions buyers ask
What does one camera station actually check?
Each station has one job — top dimensions, side dimensions, thread presence or a 360° surface view — and the machine combines the stations into one OK / NOT-OK decision per part. The station tables on the machine pages list them.
What is a camera inspection machine?
A machine that inspects parts with industrial cameras and image-processing software instead of human eyes — measuring, checking surfaces and sorting automatically.
How many cameras does it use?
As many stations as the part needs: the Glass Disc uses six (top, side, taper, top surface, bottom surface, 360° outer); the Nano Glass Disc two. Camera configuration is customised to the defect and size criteria.
Can it inspect small parts?
Yes — the Nano Glass Disc is a table-top camera inspection machine for small turned parts, fasteners, washers and rubber and plastic parts.
Does it integrate with my line?
It runs standalone with its own feeder, or is integrated with existing feeders, conveyors or pick-and-place systems.
Will it catch the defects on your part?
Send one photo of your part with your production quantity — VisiExpert, our AI application engineer, checks it against the installed range and a vision engineer replies within 24 hours. Sample parts are confirmed on a real machine, typically within a week. Free.
